Early Plains Dagger Beavertail DagTihs is a great early dag knife. It measures 11 1/2 inches long overall. The forged iron blade is a spear point turned into a knife. From what i have read, this was typicaly done.
The tang of ti runs through to the end of the the handle. It has a two piece wood handle lashed on with hide. This dag shows alot fo age. I beleave this to be a early example. Please email with any qustions you may have.
